Up to 75 British personnel will deploy to Ukraine beginning next month as part of the training mission, covering four separate areas: medical, intelligence, logistics and infantry training.
Personnel involved in the training elements could spend one or two months in Ukraine, with a command and control deployment lasting up to six months. The Prime Minister did not rule out going further in supporting Ukrainian troops, though stressing that military force was not the solution.
