Riverview, FL – Deputies are still investigating a stabbing at the 7-Eleven Store on Providence Road and Bloomingdale Ave. They have now reclassified it as a homicide.
The clerk, Kenneth Lee Redding, has died as a result of his injuries. Redding has been a store clerk for 7-Eleven for the past year and a half.
Homicide detectives and crime scene technicians are working through the crime scene and are reviewing surveillance video. Detectives have described the suspect as a white male wearing a royal blue and black hoodie. Motive has not yet been clearly established.
