JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) _ Authorities are investigating a suspicious death after a 22-year-old Jacksonville woman was found dead in her home near her 18-month old son.
Friends forced their way into the woman’s home Saturday night because they hadn’t heard from her in two days.
They found the unidentified woman unresponsive on the bathroom floor. Her son was also found in the bathroom, but was not injured.
The Florida Times-Union (http://tinyurl.com/bxtroz6 ) reports an autopsy will determine the cause of death.
Sheriff’s Sgt. Shawn Coarsey said evidence at the scene may indicate foul play.
No arrests have been made.
