There’s a lot to look forward to this year in the world of food. This week, Food Nation Radio Network interviewed Michael Whiteman of Baum & Whiteman (creators of the famed Windows on the World and the Rainbow Room) to find out what restaurants will be doing to entice us to spend money in 2013.
