Hillsborough Sheriff’s deputies are investigating after a lawn crew found what appear to be human bones in a vacant lot at 54th Street N and Sligh Avenue in Tampa Monday afternoon.
There’s no word what part of the body the bones might have come from, only that they have apparently been there awhile.
Attempts will now be made to determine if the bones are from a human being, who that person was, and how he or she died.
