Three people were arrested at Curtis Hixon Park overnight.
Two of the protestors pushed a police officer who was responding to the park after receiving a call about two tents in the park. Protestors were sleeping in the tents due to the weather.
The protestors are being charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and interfering with an investigation.
