65 year old murderer, Oba Chandler, is set to be executed tomorrow.
Chandler was found guilty of murdering an Ohio woman and her two teenage daughters in 1989. He promised them a sunset boat ride and while out in Tampa Bay, tired their hands and feet, sexually assaulted them and tossed them in the water with concrete blocks tied around their necks.
He was convicted and sentenced in 1994 and is now scheduled to die tomorrow at the Florida State Prison. The prosecutors who helped put Chandler on death row plan to be there when it happens.
Prosecutor Bruce Bartlett and some of the other lawyers that worked Chandler’s case will be there to see him pay for the crimes.
