The bail set for a former Marine accused of shooting a Tampa Bay-area sheriff’s deputy will be reviewed. A Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office spokesman says Sheriff David Gee was outraged by that decision and asked the state attorney’s office to appeal. Bail was set Sunday at $65,000 for Matthew Buendia. (AP)
