Things are still not looking very rosy for the bay area housing market. My Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service numbers show the average price of a home in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties went for $125,500 in September, down 3.38 percent from August. Total sales in those three counties fell by about one percent from August to September.
