On today’s show, David breaks down the differences between Michael Cohen and Paul Manafort legal cases. Mr. Cohen chose to plead guilty to making hush payments to buy the silence of two women. Was Trump in violation of campaign finance law?

David also dives into the shortlist of finalists for Time magazine’s 2018 Person of the Year.  There were a total of ten finalists selected by TIME editors.  The list includes Trump, Putin, Khashoggi, and separated migrant families.  Also, Black Panther director Ryan Coogler, and Meghan Markle, who married Prince Harry earlier this year.  Which person or group most influenced the news and the world over the last year?
