This is the weekend that Madmen returns for their final episodes before it ends forever and so it is time to head to Netflix for a binge. They have all seven seasons so should you need to catch up on Don Draper you can get up to speed quickly.
With Furious 7 about to hit the theatres this weekend there is no better time than this weekend to see what you are missing. HBO GO offers Furious 6 and it is well worth the little of two hours of wild driving and crazy crashes that has made this franchise so very successful.
Over on HULU Plus we can find Salem which boasts some of the most fascinating female characters on television right now. The show centers on the anti-heroine, Mary Sibley, and her quest for absolute power and potential absolution. But if Mary’s the heroine of the show, she’s also its most formidable antagonist. This dichotomy is something that series star Janet Montgomery relishes.
Amazon Prime Live Video offers season one of a great family show – Gortimer Gibbon’s Life on Normal Street. Created by first-time writer/preschool teacher David Anaxagoras through Amazon’s open-door pilot submissions, and overseen by Luke Matheny, this live-action program about an ordinary kid with a peculiar name (played by Sloane Morgan Siegel) who narrates his weekly adventures. There is a fun and mystical quality about the show.
