NEW YORK CITY – A lawsuit against Comcast, Time Warner Cable Inc., Rev. Al Sharpton and the NAACP alleges they conspired and purposely discriminated against hiring or acquiring blacked owned businesses.
$20 billion lawsuit was filed by National Association of African-American Owned Media (NAAAOM) and Entertainment Studios.
Both Sharpton and Comcast dismissed the allegations Monday.
