AMC is reportedly adding a character played by Alexandra Breckenridge to their most popular show, The Walking Dead. Breckenridge has been seen in The American Horror Story, Save Me and voices in Family Guy.
According the the Hollywood Reporter, Breckenridge will be seen later in Season 5, of which just premiered last Sunday, and may be promoted to a lead role in Season 6.
AMC is keeping her character details under wraps. They’re only saying that her name is Samantha and that she’s “an attractive, strong, smart, charming and articulate woman with a vulnerable side.”
The show features 17 series regulars (the most ever), including Go On alum Tyler James Williams as Noah and Lennie James as Morgan.
