As always, Kurt Shriner gives us the details. During a traffic stop, a woman realized she was carrying a substance that would cause a problem if seen by police. She made a quick decision to try and hide it, but it was a poor decision at best. The important question remains: Did this happen in Florida, or did it mercifully happen somewhere else?
