Lohan’s estranged half-sister, Ashley Horn, underwent $25,000 worth of plastic surgery procedures to imitate her celebrity sibling, In Touch Weekly reported.
“I’ve gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks,” she told the mag about five procedures by Houston-based surgeon Dr. Franklin Rose.
