Food Talk: Scott Heimendinger, Alan Muskat

Kim spoke with Scott Heimendinger, co-founder and CMO of Sansaire, about some newly launched products. Sansaire, the sous vide machine company launched on Kickstarter in 2013, has just launched two new accessory products: the Sansaire Searing Kit and the Sansaire Steak Aging Sauce. With these accessories, home cooks complete the sous vide cooking scenario in which foods are seasoned, sealed, cooked sous vide, and finished with a quick sear.

He also talked to Alan Muskat. Muskat is owner of the the only “u-pick, forage-to-table” tour and event company on the continent.
