Comedienne Rita Rudner to Join Dan Maduri on Florida Live Friday

Comedienne Rita Rudner will join Florida Live with Dan Maduri Friday afternoon at 4:30.  Rudner will be promoting her shows at McCurdy’s Comedy Theatre in Sarasota on April 13 and 14.

Rudner was part of the female comedy boom of the 1980s.  Known for her soft-spoken comedic routines, Rudner has the longest running solo comedy show in Las Vegas’ history and seeks to take her comedy on the road for another tour.  Recently, she recorded one of her Las Vegas shows for a PBS comedy special.

Florida Live with Dan Maduri airs from 3-6 on weekday afternoons on News Talk 820 Tampa Bay.  For those in Pinellas County, Florida Live can also be heard from 3-6 on 98.3 FM.
