The “You Oughta Know” singer is being sued by an ex-nanny who claims Morissette held her prisoner while she cared for her newborn.
According to the lawsuit filed Thursday, Sept. 26, and obtained by TMZ, the plaintiff, Bianca Cambeiro, says she worked for the 39-year-old Grammy winner from August 2011 to March 2013.
Bianca alleges Morissette and her rapper husband Mario Treadway locked her in their son Ever’s bedroom as he slept for the duration of her 12-hour shift and refused to let her leave under any circumstance.
