Study Shows Tampa Population Stress Levels Rise
As you know, people are working longer hours these days than ever before.
Overworking causes increased stress, and globally, we are becoming a more stressed out people.
The majority of workers in the United States take work home, and Tampa is no different.
A recent poll released by Regus, the leader in flexible office space, found:
- 70 percent of Tampa and St. Petersburg area workers work outside of their scheduled business hours to make their deadlines
- 43 percent of Tampa and St. Petersburg area workers work nine hour days or longer
