Truck driver David Frederickson’s dashboard camera filmed him as he ran to the rescue after a burning car T-boned a semi. The semi’s gas tank ignited causing an explosion right in the middle of I-10 in Mississippi. Frederickson managed to rescue a one year old and a female driver.
Reportedly, the crash had jammed the driver’s door shut, not allowing an escape.
In the video, Frederickson runs up to the car. Soon after, multiple other people follow suit.
Some time later, the police show up and are seen asking witnesses what happened.
According to Frederickson’ son, the date on the video is incorrect. This incident reportedly happened Monday, August 11th, 2014. The video was uploaded Sunday, August 17th.
