The FBI is searching for a Valrico man wanted on federal charges of making illegal explosives.
Federal agents approached 55 year old Martin Winters yesterday morning but he fled on foot in to the woods.
Winters is the leader of a group called the River Otter Preppers that’s preparing for an end of times event.
Officials say he used straw buyers to purchase AR-15 rifles that might be buried on his property.
