One person is in custody following a shooting at Purdue University’s campus, school officials say.
The university’s Twitter account reports the shooting happened in the Electrical Engineering Building, and that one person is in custody. The shooting was first reported around noon.
People on the Purdue campus were supposed to remain “sheltered in place,” or stay where they are.
