WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) — Deputies say a 69-year-old man shot another man and a woman at a medical office in Palm Beach County before killing himself.
The shooting happened Thursday afternoon at the Doctor’s Choice Medical Center. The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office says Jose Vega came to the building for an appointment with a woman around 4:30 p.m.
The Palm Beach Post (http://bit.ly/1eH0TCZ ) reports Vega apparently got angry and shot 49-year-old Ana Villa. She is in the hospital, but the extent of her injuries is not known. Vega also shot 49-year-old Luis Gonzalez, who died at the scene. Vega then turned the gun on himself.
The Post reports it was the county’s fifth homicide since Monday and the sixth in 2014.
