A third person has died from injuries sustained in last week’s South By Southwest crash.
KVUE has confirmed with hospital officials that the victim is Sandy Le, an Austin resident. She was injured on Thursday, March 13 on Red River outside The Mohawk when Rashad Owens, 21, is said to have barreled into a crowd of festival-goers while fleeing from police.
