This week on the Dougherty Report, we spoke with Professor Jamila Jefferson-Jones about the long waiting list of patients who need organs. She has written a controversial paper on the subject, with a possible solution.

The prison population in some states has been able to get credits towards their time served by donating blood. This takes that concept one step further.
