Police Searching For Burger King Robber

On June 20, 2014 at 5:20 am, a male suspect, a 20-30 year old, 6’0″-6’2″ weighing 170-180 lbs, black or hispanic, confronted the Burger King employee while he was taking out the trash and forced the employee back inside the store at gunpoint.

Upon entering the store the suspect forced the manager at gunpoint to open the safe and obtained an unknown amount of money before forcing all employees inside the walk in freezer before fleeing out the back door in an unknown direction.

The same suspect is believed to have committed at least two similar robberies including the same Burger King located at 3911 Van Dyke Road on June 14 and the Taco Bell located at 2016 N. 50th Street (Tampa Police Department case).

The suspect was last seen wearing khaki colored pants, light colored sweatshirt, white stocking hat, black shoes and a black cloth covering his face.
