At approximately 1:33 a.m. this morning deputies spotted a stolen vehicle in the area of 140th and Nebraska avenue that was reported earlier to the HCSO. The Black Chevrolet Tahoe drove down the wrong way on I-275 at Fletcher Avenue after police started to pursue the vehicle.

The police cruisers pulled away from the chase and left the aviation unit to track the wrong way car.

The suspect was identified as 28 year old Jason Fulford of Tampa. He was charged with aggravated, assault with a motor vehicle, burglary of a vehicle, grand theft and leaving the scene of a crash with injuries.
