The Temple Terrace Police Department today announced they are charging Granville Ritchie with the murder of 9 year old Felecia Williams.
Felicia disappeared from a Temple Terrace apartment complex back in May and her body was found near the Courtney Campbell Causeway.
They took Granville Ritchie in on unrelated charges but are just now in the process of formally charging him with her death.
