The oft-controversial radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge is no longer on the air in the Tampa Market. Cox Media has announced that it is going to discontinue Bubba’s show. The shock jock had been on the air for 16 years. According to Cox Media, the move was more in taking WHTP in a different direction than anything Bubba did.
