St. Pete Police Looking To Identify Burglar

On July 22nd at about 2:20 a.m. an unlocked car was robbed in the 5500 block of Grove Street South.

Home surveillance video shows a male suspect, who appears to be 15 to 20 years old, 5’7″ to 5’9″, 140 to 160 lbs, with a short black afro, wearing black shorts and a grey t-shirt with pink writing. The wording shows “Making This Sh?t Look Easy.”

The suspect appears to be the same suspect captured in video surveillance obtained from 1800 block of Caesar Way South and two other locations in the Lakewood Estates neighborhood, according to St. Petersburg police.

There have also been five vehicle burglaries in the area between 54th Avenue South and 58th Avenue, from Dr. MLK Jr. Street South to 4th Street.
