Two trash collectors in the Largo area stopped a burglary in progress. Mike Kowalke tackled and subdued Matthew Oliver, age 20, who was trying to break into a Largo home. Kowalke was able to subdue Oliver until police arrived. He was doing his normal trash route when a 14-year old girl came screaming for help.
