President Talks Minimum Wage In Milwaukee While IS and Ukraine Loom

President Obama spent part of his Monday in Milwaukee, announcing that he would push Congress to raise the minimum wage, hitting on a domestic issue that Democrats feel will yield dividends come the November election.

But international issues are still at the fore, with increasing pressure for the White House to develop a plan to confront IS, and a NATO summit at weeks ends, with the situation in Ukraine and what next in the way of sanctions against Russia to be decided.
