Police Investigating Bradenton Homicide

On Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at approximately 12:50 a.m., Bradenton Police Department Officers responded to a residence located in the 2000 block of 13th Street West, to investigate a complaint of a Shooting. During the investigation, it was learned that the suspect, later identified as Mr. Eugene Lynn Marshall, 26, of Bradenton Florida, got into an argument with the victim.

Mr. Marshall pulled out an unknown caliber handgun and shot the victim one time in the abdomen. Mr. Marshall fled the area on foot and is still on the loose. The victim ran to a residence and collapsed inside the door. The resident called 9-1-1 and medical service arrived to treat the victim. The victim suffered a single gunshot wound to the abdomen and was taken to Blake Hospital for treatment. The victim remains in the ICU in stable condition.

Bradenton Police Department Detectives are actively seeking the whereabouts of Mr. Eugene Lynn Marshall B/M, 26 Years of Age, of Bradenton Fl. who should be considered Armed and Dangerous. Mr. Marshall has an active arrest warrant for Attempted Murder / Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon / Possession of ammunition by a Convicted felon.
