A drive-by shooting north of Fort Pierce Wednesday night sent a young woman to the hospital, and St. Lucie County Sheriff Mascara is asking for the public’s help to find the suspect
“The victim is a black female in her early 20s,” Sheriff Mascara said. “The shooting took place just before 7 p.m. I am asking for anyone with information to call Sheriff’s detectives at 772-462-3230. If the tip leads to an arrest, the tipster can be eligible for a cash reward.”
The shooting took place as the victim was standing outside in the 5000 block of Juanita Avenue in the Paradise Park neighborhood.
“We believe people in the community have information that can help us with our investigation,” Sheriff Mascara said. “I am asking them to help us.”
