The Orlando Police Department says a man died in a home on West Washington Street in Downtown Orlando after it caught fire around 3:55am Friday morning.
Investigators say a Rural-Metro Ambulance Unit saw the fire and broke through the front door of the house and attempted to rescue a man inside.
