Update: Case Solved
A Florida Missing Child Alert has been issued for Skye Carter, a white female,15 years old, 5 feet 1 inches tall, 140 pounds, black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen in the area of 2700 block of Oakey Court in Navarre. The child may be in the company of Mike Vandenakker, an Asian male, 30 years old, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 142 pounds, black hair, brown eyes.
