Man Flees After Fake ID Found

Fake ID

On June 8, 2014, between 8:30 pm and 9:30 pm, a White male, possibly Hispanic attempted to make a purchase at the Publix grocery store located at 4651 Cortez Road West, Bradenton, FL.

The suspect presented a blank check to pay for the purchase. The cashier requested to see the suspect’s Driver’s License and asked for him to remove it from his wallet for inspection.

When the cashier questioned the suspect about his obvious fraudulent Driver’s License, the suspect grabbed the blank check off the counter top and ran out of the store.

The suspect left the fraudulent Driver’s License at the store.

The suspect is described as a White or Hispanic male, bald, with a medium/muscular build.
