Mark Anthony Lefebvre of Jacksonville was charged Wednesday with molesting a victim younger than 12 and lewd and lascivious exhibition, the Florida Times-Union reports.
Per arrest reports, the innapropraite touching occurred behind a backyard shed between the hours of 2 and 5 p.m. Prior to the deputies’ arrival, Lefebvre threatened suicide and had swallowed some pills, the Sheriff’s Office said.
He was arrested after examination at a local hospital.
