President Obama is traveling to Texas for several democratic fundraising events. Gov. Perry said he would not greet the president at the airport in Austin unless he agreed to discuss the immigration situation.
Perry has had sharp criticism for the Obama administration and its handling of unaccompanied minors and their families illegally crossing into the U.S.
