Interview: ISIS Marches On, Iraq Crisis

As the Iraqi government bolstered Baghdad’s defenses Monday, the Islamic militant group that captured two major cities last week posted graphic photos that appeared to show its fighters massacring dozens of captured Iraqi soldiers. Meanwhile, the U.S. is considering talks with Iran over what to do with the situation and says it may use drone strikes to halt the militants’ advance. Iranian President Hassan Rouhani earlier said he would consider co-operation if the US took action.
