Interview: Google Glass for Diabetes?

If you’ve shied away from “Google Glass” because of the $1,500-price tag or because you’re worried that people will thinking you’re spying on them, you may want to rethink that decision.

Google announced its teaming up with Novartis to make smart contact lenses which will be able to measure blood sugar in diabetics.

These special lenses will monitor the levels of blood glucose in tears, giving diabetics an alternative to pricking their fingers.
