The weather is warming up and that means it’s time for summer vacation for those of us living in Florida and for those coming to visit our beautiful beaches and theme parks. Industry analysts expect a record numbers of Americans will take a vacation the next few months despite higher prices for just about everything, including gasoline, airline tickets and more.
This morning on ‘Your Wake Up Call,’ my co-host Chris Markowski and I spoke to ABC News correspondent Jim Ryan about what’s driving up the costs of vacations and how travelers can save on excursions. We also talked about if the rising costs have any implications for Florida.
