Update: 9:56 a.m. – Charles H. Duncan has been located by authorities in Pasco County. He is in
good condition. At this time Mr. Duncan is being transported to his home in Spring Hill.

The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing endangered adult, identified as Charles H. Duncan.

Mr. Duncan, 78, has been diagnosed with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. He is dependent on several medications that he does not have with him.

He left his residence in Spring Hill at approximately 2 a.m. on 07-16-14. He reportedly took a taxi from Mariner Boulevard and Spring Hill Drive in Spring Hill to the intersection of US 19 and Main Street in Port Richey. That is the last known location where Mr. Duncan was seen.

Height/6’00”
Weight/170
Eyes/Blue
Hair/Grey (short)
Complexion/Light (clean shaven).

Mr. Duncan was possibly last seen wearing Blue Jeans, a Red Windbreaker, and Alligator Skin Boots.
