Today at 11:21 a.m. the St. Petersburg Fire & Rescue responded to a gas leak located at Admiral Farragut Academy, a construction crew struck a large gas line (6 inches).
Teco Gas company is trying to control the leak. The school has notified parents to pick up students early. The police department has closed down Park St. to 2nd Avenue.
