Fight Breaks Out In Tampa Gas Station

On April 9, 2014 at approxametely 7:58am, there was a shooting at the Marathon gas station at 3745 North 50th Street.

According to police, the victim, 28-year-old Gregory Vaulx Jr., was attempting to exit the convenience store, but 55-year-old Kenneth Mosley and his bicycle were blocking the door.

The two men began arguing and Mosley pulled out a handgun. The argument quickly escalated into a physical fight.

During the fight, Vaulx was shot in the hand and Mosley suffered a broken ankle.

Both men were transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Charges are pending against both men.
