Authorities are now investigating whether the car that slammed into a Winter Park kindercare earlier this month after being forced off the road had a stuck gas pedal.
They are also looking at whether the wall the car slammed into was a termite infested wall, making it weaker.
A four year-old was killed and 14 others injured in the wreck. The man who caused it remains in jail.
