Hillsborough deputies have issued an arrest warrant for Steven Myers, a convicted sex offender who’s believed to be with a missing Valrico teen.
16 year old Ashley Lyon has been missing since last Wednesday and her family is offering a five thousand dollar reward for her safe return.
Investigators say new evidence has lead to felony charges against Myers and the warrant for his arrest.
