The help wanted sign is out at the Amazon distribution center in Ruskin.
Company officials have begun the process of hiring hundreds of people to fill hourly full time positions at the center. The majority of positions will involve packing smaller items for shipping such as books and DVD’s.
Amazon expects to eventually employ almost a thousand people at the Ruskin site.
