Alaska Airlines First Flight In Tampa

The Alaska Airlines has landed their first flight in Tampa with 162 passengers. The idea behind the airlines is to expand tourism in Tampa by having a non-stop flight go from Seattle and Tampa. The flights aren’t as expensive one would think with flights as low as $170 one way. This should boost Tampa’s local economy. It is a plan that has been in the works for a few years. St. Petersburg has actually pledge some money to help Alaska Airlines  market trips for two years.
