Interview: Troubling Uptick In Heroin Use

Law enforcers across the United States have noticed a surge in the availability of cheap heroin — $4.00 in many places — especially in rural sections of the country.  And it might all relate back to the decriminalization (or wholesale legalization) of marijuana.  Pot-growers in Mexico tell ABC News that prices for their illicit crop have fallen off dramatically in the last couple of years because legal marijuana is easier to get stateside.  The solution for those farmers? Plant poppies, the source of heroin.
